The work-to-own franchise model is an apprentice-style program that allows both Veterans and Non-Veterans to learn and grow with the company. This unique opportunity allows prospective franchisees the training needed to become a successful RED-E-2 Swim business owner —without the need for a large capital investment.
Franchise Opportunities are open to everyone, however, veterans are preferred.

Veteran Bobby Brown Earns RED-E-2-Swim Franchise

RED-E-2-Swim announced today that local veteran, Bobby Brown, has completed the work-to-own Franchise program and is officially a RED-E-2-Swim Veteran Franchise owner. Bobby began his journey with RED-E-2-Swim, 2 years ago. He has been trained on the latest pool chemical balancing technology, maintenance and repair, as well as back-office functions for the franchise.
The work-to-own franchise model is an apprentice-style program that allows both Veterans and Non-Veterans to be thoroughly trained on the latest pool cleaning and chemical balancing technology, as well as the business side of the company while growing as a Franchisee-in-training. This unique opportunity allows prospective franchisees the training needed to become a successful RED-E-2 Swim business owner —without the need for a large capital investment.
Bobby joined the Army ROTC in high School and then went into the U.S. Army Reserves. Bobby's MOS in the Reserves was 62B - Construction Equipment Repairer. Construction Equipment Repairers are responsible for maintaining construction equipment that’s used in many areas, including earthmoving, rock crushing, asphalt/concrete mixing and surfacing; water pumping; air compression and pneumatic tools; and power bridging.
After serving in the Army reserves, Bobby then joined the U.S. Marine Corp. He was stationed at 29 Palms in California - Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command and Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center.
